Generator filling control automation systems : automate and optimize the filling processes of generator fuel tanks. These systems continuously monitor the fuel level and initiate or stop the filling processes as needed.
Generator Filling Control Automation Systems
Technicial Specifications;
- Level Sensors: Constantly measure the fuel level in the fuel tank and transmit this information to the automation system. Ultrasonic, capacitive or radar sensors are commonly used.
- Control Unit: Starts or stops the filling process when the determined filling level is reached by processing the data from the sensors. This unit is user programmable and can trigger specific alarms.
- Actuators and Valves: Opens or closes fuel filling valves according to signals from the control unit. Electrical or pneumatic actuators can be used.
- Alarm and Warning Systems: These are audio and visual alarm systems that warn the user in cases such as low fuel levels, overfilling or system malfunctions.
- Data Recording and Monitoring Systems: Records data such as fuel consumption, filling times and level changes and provides reports to the user. These systems can also provide remote monitoring and control.
